  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. As a key leadership role, the Head of HR will play a crucial part in driving the overall human resources strategy and initiatives in alignment with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance on all HR-related matters, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
    • Address employee concerns and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes to drive employee development and organizational success.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers in performance-related matters.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    HR Compliance:

    • Stay iformed about relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.

    Benefits Administration:

    • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings.
    • Collaborate with external providers to optimize benefits packages.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
