We currently have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
The Role of Learning Manager:
Reporting into the Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for
Developing the learning quality and experience on property;
Delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success.
You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and your goal is to support our talented people by curating an impactful mix of learning needs analysis, design and delivery.
Identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction, promoting a continuous learning culture, partnering with stakeholders to ensure leadership skills are developed, ensuring new employees are given the knowledge and skills to be successful.
Supporting the planning committee in assisting them to conduct management development programs and blended learning programs for their teams, analyzing potential service gaps, and evaluating the effect of training programs and initiatives
Our Ideal Learning Manager candidate will have:
Hotel operations experience along with experience in a Learning and Development leadership role, and a passion for people and talent development; helping people learn and reach their full potential.
You will be a Business Partner, have excellent interpersonal, relationship building and training delivery skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, an eye for detail, be an employee champion and have a special talent for promoting a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
