Global Community Specialist

Job Description: 

• Manage and grow Confirmis' Global Site Verifier community.
• Develop content and manage social media posts to promote brand awareness, engage the community, and drive interaction. 
• Foster strong relationships with site verifier community members. 
• Organize offline activities to engage with the community and attract potential site verifiers. 
• Conduct training sessions for local site verifiers. 
• Promote the Confirmis Mobile App. 
• Handle additional tasks as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Must own a laptop with reliable daily internet access. 
• Confident, independent, self-disciplined, and capable of multitasking. 
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. 
• Background in Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!). 
• Active social media user with a solid understanding of social media content trends and algorithms. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
• Proficiency in English and the local language, both oral and written. 
• Experience with Canva and basic video editing skills is preferred. 
• Experience in crowdsourcing or recruitment is a plus!
