KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Encourage professional growth and development among team members.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for technological advancements and efficiency improvements.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of hardware, software, and network systems. Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to safeguard organizational data and information assets. Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all levels.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure technology solutions and support services. Manage vendor relationships effectively to ensure quality and value for the organization.
- User Support and Training: Oversee IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and inquiries. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technology literacy and proficiency among staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 5 yearsin a leadership role within IT management or related field.
- Strong technical expertise across a range of IT disciplines, including systems administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive innovation.
