We currently have an opportunity for an organized General Cashier to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
The Role of General Cashier:
- Primary responsibility is to maintain the hotel’s payroll system in order to ensure timely payment of wages according to Four Seasons Hotels policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes laws.
- Prepare the hotel’s daily bank deposits, control all House Funds, and issue, audit and maintain all House Banks according to Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. policies and procedures
Our Ideal General Cashier candidate will have:
- We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum one to two years’ experience in related position. Prior Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- High degree of professional integrity.
- Proactively implement a structured process of collecting and analyzing data to ensure timely processing. Serve as a role model for others by demonstrating appropriate business conduct and ethical principles. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients.
- Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as it relates to Payroll.
- Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
