Job Description:
- Manage and grow Confirmis' Global Site Verifier community.
- Develop content and manage social media posts to promote brand awareness, engage the community, and drive interaction.
- Foster strong relationships with site verifier community members.
- Organize offline activities to engage with the community and attract potential site verifiers.
- Conduct training sessions for local site verifiers.
- Promote the Confirmis Mobile App.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must own a laptop with reliable daily internet access.
- Confident, independent, self-disciplined, and capable of multitasking.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Background in Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
- Active social media user with a solid understanding of social media content trends and algorithms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language, both oral and written.
- Experience with Canva and basic video editing skills is preferred.
- Experience in crowdsourcing or recruitment is a plus!
