We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. As part of the HR department, you will play a key role in supporting the HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in various HR tasks. If you have a passion for human resources and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR operations, including employee record-keeping, attendance management, and contract administration
- Help with recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Maintain employee files and databases
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3 years of experience in an HR support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and [other relevant languages, if needed]
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
