  • We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of Catering to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco !

    The Role Of Director Of Catering :

    • Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will have responsibility for overseeing all aspects of a profit and service driven catering department whilst personally prospecting, selling, planning, and managing corporate and social business.
    • Responsibilities will include ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of Proposals, Contracts, Event Orders, Reports and Delphi Input standards as well as ensuring personal contact with all departments to ensure event success, supervising the execution of banquet events to ensure our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence and of course talent management and development.

    Our Ideal Director Of Catering Candidate Will Have :

    • Luxury catering and conference senior leadership experience, a proven track record in prospecting for new business, strong revenue and budget management skills, and knowledge of revenue and client management systems. Pre-opening experience would be ideal.
    • As the brand ambassador for catering and conference services, you should have an eye for detail and accuracy, a strong sense of quality, a creative mind set, a collaborative nature and have exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills.
    • A consummate team player, respectful of others and always demonstrating integrity, strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams, highly resourceful and intrinsically motived to contribute, and negotiation and tactical thinking skills.
    • Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule ; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.
    • Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
